Getting relevant keywords?

Does Google, Yandex, or another search engine have an API for getting keywords relevant to a certain word like wordstat.yandex.ru/ , naturally legally (do not offer parsing), and possibly for a fee. Already searched, but found nothing similar.

the spywords.ru service has an API , in the available methods there is a selection of keywords

Is there an api + php source that would collect the keys? like a keycollector only primitive?
