Google Calendar - how to make your own calendar for each user?

Is it possible to embed a Google calendar on my site so that each user has their own instance of events? Which would then be displayed on the Google website if a person decides to add this calendar to theirs? How, in this case, to notify the user about some new events without him (the user) entering the site?
As far as I understand, you can "share" your calendar to others. But can others make an alternative calendar? For example, a schedule for paying for something (like here's a dude, pay for the Internet).
