Google Drive, commercial use?

Good afternoon. There was a question to which I could not find an exact answer either on the Internet or in the Google license agreement. The goal is to upload paid programs to G.Disk, and use G.Sites to provide a link. (Protection of the program using an activation key). Clear. that I won’t do this on a personal account, because I don’t have the right. The G.Disk license agreement states that commercial use of the disc is prohibited. But the question is this: and if you connect G Suite (for $ 5), is it allowed in this case to use the disk for the named purposes? Or not? I understand that everything is complicated by the fact that G Suite can connect at least IP? Ordinary individuals are not? Thanks to.

@stepigor

Contact the GSuite reseller and he will answer you competently and, not unimportant, his answer can be considered at least some reasonable basis for action when it comes to licensing compliance and so on.

Or not?

And why not, if the software you distribute is not pirated?
Google absolutely do not care, it's me as a physical. person and gsuite user talking. The only BUT - if you pay not through a reseller, then the obligation to pay VAT in the Russian Federation is assigned to the user, and individuals in the Russian Federation cannot pay VAT themselves. So it's better to go through a reseller to avoid.
