Why is Adsense not working on Blogger?

Good.
There is a blog on the Google Blogger platform. Over the weekend, I pulled Bootstrap design onto it, which made the Google panel disappear at the top, above the blogs, but all the functionality is fully accessible from the control panel.
The essence of the issue is different: the ability to install advertising on the blog became available, it became interesting to add it there, but nothing happens when you add it. Ad blocks have been created in the messages and sidebar, however, they are empty. The blocker does not work, I tried another browser. Long review or was my blog just rejected? There are no ads in the blocks for 3 days already.
The most interesting thing is that in the Adsense panel this blog is not monitored in any way, although there is a link through the Blogger to the advertising account. Thus, through the advertising service account, I cannot even check the fact that my blog was simply not accepted. (in the case of a separate site, such a notification comes)
When I try to connect a blog through Adsense, the service returns a notification that I would carry out all manipulations with advertising through the Blogger control panel, while there are absolutely no notifications there.
Thanks for the help.

@webxaser

Maybe it's the template - it just doesn't support AdSense ad units.
