How to organize blogging for the head, without access to the admin?

Task: Write small articles and posts with instant placement on the site, without access to the admin panel.
We already tried it, it didn’t work: sending it to the mail, followed by posting by the admin, synchronization via zapier, blogging on social networks, followed by broadcasting to the site by the aggregator.
There was an idea with Google document. Provide access, and share it on the site through a frame. But I don't really like the idea because of possible problems with indexing, increased page load time, ...
Are there any other ways?

did not fit: sending by mail, followed by placement of the entry by the admin,

Why "with subsequent posting by the admin"? Like soap to fast immediately. True, it is defaulted to one category and without various necessary buns.
Shaft.
There are plugins for posting from the front. Even guests, but I would not recommend this (without pre-moderation anyway).
There are various desktop clients and add-ons for browsers. scribefire ex. You can even post from Word. It's true that there is so much garbage in the code.
There is XML-RPC and the REST API that comes to replace it in the end.

Everything is very simple:

  1. write api for website
  2. write a mobile app
  3. write a desktop application
  4. write a browser extension
  5. write a script for a smart home system
  6. put everything together and wait for that man. who did not inflate the admin panel, will inflate everything else

Even kill, but why be smart?? Give him access to the author, show him where to poke. Is your admin area really that complicated?
