Where to run a soft blog on a common platform?

Now the new Maxton browser has come out. I thought that I would like to speak out, but I don’t remember where you can write in Runet now, so that there are people and a thematic resource.
In English, this is quora, in Runet it was earlier in ya.ru, or at worst in LJ.
Giktimes and Habr have somehow gone more into highly specialized wilds.
But what, there is no blogoplatform in Runet that would fit under soft reviews, so that the community would be at least some more or less?
Something in the implementation of the quora type or from the Soviet one - "moymir", but not such a dump "about everything in the world, the main thing is that there are more politicians"
