Why is a box not created in yandex mail for a domain?

I connected the domain on the page https://pdd.yandex.ru/domain/ , the green one is active.

Administrators are traffic rules users who have connected and verified at least one domain using the Yandex.Mail for Domain interface. Administrators can manage their domains and mail on them (for example, enable mail on a domain for an organization or users of a specific site).

Under whom and how to log in? I can’t catch up ..)) I tied the domain, so I am the administrator.
UPD : it turned out that the domain was already linked by someone. Yandex technical support was very helpful)).
