How to transfer emails from gmail to yandex with your own domain?

there are 10 mailboxes in the format

[email protected]
[email protected], etc. pinned to gmail.
How can I competently transfer all mailboxes to the yandex server while saving all letters?
Is it possible to export previously made backups to yandex?

Recreate mailboxes on Yandex, transfer mail using imapsync. Sorting rules really will have to be created by yourself.
