Why, if I opened the processor clamp, does it reset the bios settings?

There is a password identical in Bios on the administrator and the user.
I opened the processor cover, I start, without asking for a password, it asks me to enter the BIOS with reset settings
because the passwords are the same?

@Ranwise

bios cannot know in any way that the password in the system is the same
, you can reset the password if you remove the battery from the motherboard for a couple of minutes, or with jumpers, maybe an old battery or you accidentally shorted the contacts

Maybe the battery on the motherboard is dead? Because turn off the power when disassembling the PC, the settings are reset ...
