Why if I change the file in Symfony at the next. the request needs to wait 20 seconds?

Symfony-4 / PHP 7.2 in docker. / environment: dev
What I do:
1. Change some file (controller, test, configuration file).
2. I start the test or the controller.
3. The system performs it in 20-25 seconds.
4. Once again I immediately launch it. Runs up to 0.5 sec.
Is there any way to get rid of this brake? What could be the reason? Maybe something needs to be turned off?
