I want to get deeper into Symfony, I know only basic things. Advise what this can be done for a junior to practice

then you can file a system for recording calls, with visual statistics, printing forms, you can introduce a separation of manager/employee roles. Then with the experience you go to the nearest outsourcing company and forget about the opportunity to ask questions, because of full employment :D
