Why hashcat stopped working on Catolina macOS?

Good afternoon! Yesterday I upgraded to Catolina on a Mac, and hashcat stopped working. Gives an error message.
Googled the solution, installing packages for developers on macOS did not help. Reinstalling doesn't help. Error:
clBuildProgram(): CL_BUILD_PROGRAM_FAILURE
