How to solve the problem of partitioning the disk when installing windows through boot camp?

Hello!
I'm trying to install Windows using boot camp on MB pro 2016.
He writes that he cannot partition the disk into sections and offers to treat the disk in recovery mode.
Rebooted into recovery mode - treated, rebooted into the OS, I try again - the same problem.
Tried to clean copies of time machine.
All without result.
I found a variant on reddit - drop everything and format the screw in HSF + - will this help?
Does anyone have other solutions?

Format simply in MBR, not GPT.
