Automating an action in mac os, how to program a sequence of keystrokes?

Good afternoon, you need to do the same operation, such as down arrow twice, shift, wait a second, press Ctr + A, etc.
How would you automate this? To press one key combination and the macro is executed.

You can try to make a script in Automater
Judging by this link, this is possible:

Then call this script by pressing hotkeys.
They also recommend all sorts of special applications for these purposes, such as Keyboard Maestro, iKey, etc.
Unfortunately, I won’t give a ready-made solution, since I myself only once did automation of capturing video from the screen for recording webinars in Automater.
