Why has Paragon partition manager redistributed free disk space for 48 hours?
There was a 1TB disk with two partitions:
C - 50 Gb
D- 900 Gb It was
necessary to increase the size of disk C, cut off 100 GB from disk D and created a new partition E.
It turned out:
C - 50 Gb
D- 800 Gb
E- 100 Gb
That's all was done by Arconisom.
Next, work began with Paragon Partition Manager
. The function REDISTRIBUTION OF FREE SPACE.
Attached drive C to drive E. Pressed apply, and I've been waiting for 48 hours!!!!!!! A certain process is going on, counting the hours and that's it. The end is not in sight. In the disk management utility, partition D is marked as UNALLOCATED AREA, there is important data.
Colleagues, give advice, what to do next? Wait? Or finish this process already?
Is it possible to recover data?

Calculate and understand that the process is underway.
441 GB of data on disk D
441,000 MB
Record reading speed that this software can provide in this particular case is 1.4 MB / s
The total data transfer time was 87.5 hours.
The process is underway. We are waiting =)
end the process and restore Partitions with acronis (acronis partition recovery)
