Why hangs on loading the output of the logo and progress bar when booting from a USB flash drive?

There is a laptop MSI GL62-6QD. It costs W10 64. I wanted to install Ubuntu as a second system.
Using UltraISO, I recorded the last image (02/18/2017) of Ubuntu on an 8 GB flash drive.
After selecting the flash drive, the Ubuntu logo starts up. The progress bar moves several times and freezes. Everything. It hangs and does not go further even after 10-15 minutes.
I tried to take a Mint 18.1 image, use different flash drives, burn with different programs (UltraISO, DD, unetbootin). Still the result is the same.
Booting from USB 3.0. I am writing because from the same flash drives everything is loaded normally from 2.0.
What will be necessary I will try to provide

@Heliken

Set the log to go, for this, remove quiet splash in the grub parameters
