How to setup Intellij IDEA idea64.vmoptions config for linux?

video card
Memory: 16gb
Hard drive: 250gb SSD
Operating system linux mint 18 64-bit
At the same time, I have to open 3 - 4 large projects. Of these, three are in javascript (node.js) and one is in java.
What is the best way to optimize idea64.vmoptions for Intellij IDEA so that everyone has enough memory and works fast?

on an approximately similar configuration (frame 16, ssd, however, i7 2.2 percent) did not optimize anything at all. flight is normal.
premature optimizations ruin everything. Or interferes / does not work something already at this stage?
