Why habrahabr removed folders from personal correspondence?

I turn to the leadership of the hub.

If earlier it was possible to structure the correspondence and create a new folder for each topic, now, sorry, everything is in one heap, it’s impossible to find anything!

The folder names also disappeared, but they also contained useful information.

Why are you doing this?

Could you return the way it was before? After all, you can make two options - with and without folders, and by default it will be without folders.

That is, if someone needs folders, he clicks on a tiny button and goes to that old page where all the correspondence packs are located and where it will be possible to create a new one.

Here the problem is even more ambitious: when writing a message, the topic is also not indicated. And when receiving a message, there is no topic, respectively.
And yes, I don’t remember everyone by nicknames, it’s easier to find a person by the subject of the letter.

/users/{username}/mail/
You can't delete this, because people will not be able to read their correspondence, because in your new correspondence system all messages are mixed up.
Have you thought about the fact that users could write at the same time in different folders?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
