What's wrong with scrolling comments on habr.com?

When scrolling in the comments of habr.com, there is some sort of jerky flipping. This is especially noticeable when the comment takes up more than half the page in height - then in some cases it is not possible to read it to the end - the slightest scroll (both with the mouse and with the keyboard) hides this entire comment. It feels like he (scroll) is trying to be smarter, but he does not succeed. Does everyone have it? Is there a way to disable it using custom css or js? I mean stylish or greasemonkey.
