Why Google Chrome Climb Left Sites?

Hello. Installed fresh Windows (Win 7, 64bit). Installed Chrome, and about every hour some left site climbs out. Did the following:
1. Checked with two antivirus programs. Avast, Dr. Web Cureit
2. Removed Chrome (with all data), reinstalled
3. After step 2, ALL my extensions were disabled (Google did not log in to my account).
Despite all this, sites are climbing ...
Of course, I know about AdBlock, Adguard and others. I need to know the reason? Who thinks what? Where to dig black?
Note.

PS Plugins (I know what happens, what kind of crap still climbs into them)

Look in the direction of the DNS to put either the provider or Google or free on the router and PC
