Which chromebook to buy?

In general, the opinion of which chromebook to choose, or the same beech within 15 thousand, is of interest.
Sometimes you need to make a layout for the site, but surf in the net.
As a last resort, give it to your wife. =)
I am considering 2 options for chromebook acer c720p and more inclined to chromebook 2 samsung 13 inch. Maybe someone tested or considered what they are good than bad? If for this money you can just buy a beech according to the characteristics above, then advise =)

Of the Chromebooks, the insanely cool pixel 2 from Google, but the price is of course space, of course, as for such a laptop.
