Why emails may not be sent to Bitrix events?

Hello!
I'm trying to set up mail in BitrixVM (7.2.2).
The mail() function works - a letter arrives, but with the sender MAILER-DAEMON.
When I try to send a letter to an event, the letter does not arrive.
In the b_events table, the SUCCESS_EXEC field is F.
There is such an error when checking the system , but it seems to me that it could be the root of the problem only in the case of letters larger than 64Kb.

Maybe someone came across this? Tell me where to dig, please?
