Additional options/services for goods in Bitrix?

Hello.
How can additional services be added to a product? For example, the item Furniture. An additional service is furniture assembly. Do this in the form of a checkmark in the product card.
Additional services for all products will be the same.

Create a separate infoblock "Services". Fill
in In the infoblock with goods for elements, add the "Binding to elements" property, you can immediately multiple to the "Services" infoblock.
In the product card we fill in the services, in the public part we display it as a checkbox, for example.
