Why Dune HD 102W does not show iptv?

What could be the problem that the Dune HD 102W TV box does not show TV channels?
I take a free playlist from the Internet, check it on my computer, tablet, phone - it works everywhere!
But on the console just a black screen, there is no sound either.
What we have:
- installed the latest firmware
- did a factory reset
- cleared the flash memory
- connected to the router with a cable
- reads movies from a flash drive
- 1080p movies from the DNLA server go fine
- previously ipTV worked both from the provider (udp), and and from free playlists (http)
- the player on the console: liteIPTV
PS. There is no iptv from the provider now. The task is to watch the http stream from the Internet.
