How to use m3u playlist as IPTV on Smart TV?

I have a certain m3u playlist downloaded from "n" site.
I have a Zyxel Keenetic 4G router.
There is an Asus netbook used as an ubuntu server (web server, torrrent server, plex and all that).
There is a Sony Bravia that supports iptv.
I would like to install some IPTV server on the server, and transfer all iptv routes to the server on the router so that you can watch channels on TV like regular IPTV (not through applications), only from my playlist on the server.
All this is connected to the router via WiFi (there is still a problem with wires). The router has port forwarding to the server.
Please help with advice. I've looked all over and can't find it. Maybe I'm wording it wrong.
