You need a media center with IPTV support so that you can control it completely from your smartphone, broadcast a web browser, youtube.
The task is this, with the provider, by downloading the "IPTV player" program, you can watch TV on your computer.
I want to make my TV Smart-tv.
I need a set-top box, with a remote control, which I can connect to the network via a simple lan cable on one side and via HDMI to a TV set on the other. I need to be able to connect to a computer, and run movies from a hard drive, as well as fully control from a smartphone.
At the moment I bought a mag 245 - but it's terrible rubbish. It is not included in youtube, it is not updated (the last update of the dense 2015 is not even installed), you cannot start broadcasting from a smartphone. Maybe there is something more modern?

Of the cheap ones, for example, chromecast, as far as I remember, it can broadcast the PC screen (I could be wrong).
Youtube is definitely no problem.
