Why don't Ubuntu 20.04 machines in Oracle Cloud work with xRDP and VNC protocols?

Hello. I had this problem.... So I have a small free VPS machine (I use for training)... And in general I wanted to make it so that I could connect via xRDP and use the GUI (using xfce) But I don't know why but on Oracle machines for some reason it is impossible to connect to xRDP / VNC and it just turns out that the machine is available ONLY via SSH .... (while on other providers from which I tried the GUI was easily configured) .... I probably half of the Internet searched for help and nothing helps, in the end I accidentally even managed to break the OS on 2 machines, which caused them to be deleted ... Maybe someone used their machines and knows how to set up VNC (or xRDP) on their machines?

Thanks in advance)

Open ports from outside for them.
And everything will work.
