Why don't the USB ports on the back of the PC work?

I tried to change the thermal paste and bent a couple of sockets on the board and didn’t understand why there was no image on the monitor, I opened everything back and fixed everything with tweezers, the image is there, but when connecting the keyboard or mouse, they blink for a while, and then they don’t work, I connected the Internet cable to its LEDs don't work either.

Here, either the connectors are not all connected, or they are incorrectly connected, or they burned the electronics with static.
