Why don't Steam, Origin ask for UAC?

Tell me, let's say I have Win7 and UAC is enabled.
I install Steam or Origin in the Program Files (x86) folder I
launch Steam or Origin, the program starts updating and there was no UAC permission prompt.
Although if I myself start copying files in this folder, then the request will be.
How does Steam/Origin bypass this check?

I don’t play games, but you can set your service to autoload with superuser rights and do anything on its behalf without confirmation.
Yes, you will be surprised, but the admin under Windows does not have all the rights, there are system rights and service rights, which can be higher than the admin.

Most likely their applications are signed with trusted certificates.

They will only ask for admin rights themselves when they update. Steam and Origin don't ask for admin rights on startup because they don't make changes to the system.
