There is a project, several people are working on it, including administrators and programmers. I would like to have a panel for internal use, in which you can add and mark bug reports as corrected, make ordinary text notes, create signs - that is, store current information about what needs to be done, making it available to all project participants. It would be great if it wasn't overloaded with AJAX (which would make it fully accessible to mobile devices as well). Is there something ready for such needs?

Are you talking about project management systems? There are a lot of them for every taste. Google it, there are plenty of reviews.
Do you want to install it on your server or is SaaS suitable?
