Why don't proxy settings work in Ubuntu 12.04?

Good afternoon!
Please tell me what could be the problem that browsers ignore ignore-hosts (proxy).
The problem is in both firefox and chrome (but if you manually set the same settings in firefox, then everything works fine).
OS: Ubuntu 12.04
dconf-editor -> system -> proxy:
autoconfig-url: empty
ignore-hosts: ['localhost', '127.0.0.1', '*.mysite.com', 'mysite.com']
mode: manual
use-same-proxy: disabled
