Windows 7. By the way, every time I enter a new class, Insert is always on there. Well, in the sense it can be turned off, but it always starts immediately with the included Insert'om. I don't know if it's related.

I had the same problem. Its cause was the IdeaVim plugin . That is, you need to remove this plugin and restart Intellij IDEA.
