Setting up IntelliJ IDEA with Erlang Plugin on Windows (7)

Hello.
Complete newbie to both Erlang and IntelliJ IDEA. Acted according to the instructions of the plugin author. Reached the section "Rebar integration".
Questions: 1) I could not advance further: neither through the IntelliJ IDEA settings, nor directly by "downloading" rebar (because the link downloads as rebar. * - I tried adding the .git extension without the extension ...). Basically stuck. Need instructions for Windows . I sent a letter to the author of the plugin - so far a day has passed and there is no answer.
2) Can I subsequently use IntelliJ IDEA to work with both Erlang and, say, Java? And if it is possible, then how?
