robots.txt

Why don't google and yandex see the site?

Good day. There is a site. I placed it on the hosting and while finalizing it in the robots.txt file banned everything. After improvements, I changed the contents of robots.txt to

User-agent: *
Disallow: /manager/
Disallow: /assets/components/
Disallow: /core/
Disallow: /connectors/
Disallow: /index.php
Host: <тут адрес>
Sitemap: <тут адрес>/sitemap.xml

There is access to the sitemap and it shows that Yandex shows the contents of robots.txt correctly.
But in no search there is anything for the request site: <here is the address> and the google search console at first said that everything was forbidden in the robots.txt file (although certain folders were prohibited), and then it simply writes "Missing" in all columns.
I also can't pass the mobile usability test because I can't get access.
What is the problem and how to treat?
