How to set up sitemap.xml and robots.txt files in wordpress multisite?

I have multisite wordpress , and there are two domains moskva.site.ru and spb.site.ru .
The question is that each subdomain needs its own sitemap.xml and robots.txt files.
How to implement it?
It is possible with plugins but preferably without. (just code in functions.php)
