Why don't CNCs work in opencart after transfer?

Hello. Accordingly, the essence of the question is in the title. Apache server, .htaccess will be shown below. Googol and smoking forums did not give much. I pear on settings of the Apache. It should be noted that urls like "index.php?route=product/product&product_id=46" work, but CNC does not. Please help, otherwise I encountered opencart for the first time.

This is in the server logs. I don't know if it's related to cnc or not.

Found the problem.
As I thought the problem was in the Apache settings. .htaccess file was not processed
in httpd.conf fixed AllowOverride None to All
