Why don't autoload programs open in full screen?

Generally such a case. In autoload I have 1) Google Chrome 2) OneNote 3) One working folder. When the system starts, all this is loaded (it's convenient for me like this =)))). However, a week ago (I can’t understand everything after what exactly, like after I deleted / threw OneNote into autoload again), the programs began to open at system startup NOT ALWAYS expanded to full screen. About the fact that the label should say "expand to full screen" - I know. I checked everyone, tried and delete shortcuts + re-create. One fig - 50/50 cases. 1-4 times (in a row) at the start of Windows - everything opens OK. 1-4 (in a row) times - they are opened NOT deployed, and EVERY time you unfold them.
Checked for viruses, everything is ok.

@kalapanga

If the programs are very resistant, then you can try to run them like this:
start / max blabla.exe

And before turning off the PC, do you close all programs? At this moment, what state are they in, full screen or reduced?
