How to install Windows over a network?

Hello!
Tasks:
1. Create your own Windows image with the necessary software
2. Install it over the network on 30 bare PCs.
Questions:
1. What is the best way to create an image with software?
2. How to deploy windows over a network to several computers? What should be considered?
3. If you plan to create a domain on the network, what names are best given to local users. Or is one name suitable for everyone (of the user type), and then through the domain I can create all the necessary accounts with policies?
I apologize for asking such a question, I have not read more about the domain in detail. Now I just want to provide for all the nuances when creating an image, so as not to create extra accounts.
I welcome any help:
- detailed answers with links and instructions
- comments
- competent books, videos on networking and network technologies. Especially on the domain, terminal access. In general, I want to learn as much as possible in a short time.
- sends to google with correct requests
PS: I would have sorted out the question with the help of search engines, but the deadlines are tight.

Once I used this manual : unattendedxp.com/articles/vista-pxe
it might still take a day or two to figure this whole thing out.
It will be necessary to configure the winnt.sif answer file - so that the OS does not ask anything during installation.
You should also integrate drivers for all network cards that are installed in the target PC into the distribution kit, otherwise booting over the network will not work and you will need to rebuild the image or set it manually.
Perhaps now there is already some kind of software to automate all this.

We use MDT for this.
You can also look at clonezilla (drbl).
