Why don't 2 sticks of RAM work?
Mat. MSI MS-7367 board, 2 RAM sticks, only 1 works, if you insert 2, then the computer does not boot at all. All RAM slots work - I tried to sort through them each. Both bars also work, I tried to start first with one, then with the second, but I just insert both - the computer does not boot. I tried all the options for placing RAM in slots.

That weird 1% chance of individual incompatibility.
If so, try updating the bios.
As an experiment, you can try to run on one bar and manually set the memory frequency and timings worse than the nominal ones.
Try changing the memory voltage in the bios. Two strips consume more than one, the current consumption increases, the voltage drops. Built-in voltage automation often does not work correctly. There are markings and power symbols on the memory bar. Up to 15% voltage can be increased without problems.
