Why doesn't Zabbix 3 save the template when creating a monitoring host?

Installed Zabbix 3 on Ubuntu 14.04 I'm
trying to add a monitoring host. I choose a template. I save. I'm trying to edit. The template field is empty. Monitoring accordingly does not work.
What could be the problem?

Open the documentation and try again.
If you want to create a template and bind it to a Host, then you need to create a Template, create data elements in it, Create a host, bind the template to the host.
At each step, make sure you click the "Add", "Update", etc. links.
Not familiar and not clear at first glance.
