Zabbix-proxy does not see the host =/?

The essence of the problem is this:
There are zabbix-server and zabbix-proxy 4.0.4 versions.
Trying to add hosts with zabbix-agent 3.0.22.
But when I configured the config on the daemon and in the interface, I see in the zabbix-proxy log file:

The host catches only after the zabbix-proxy reboot:

There is no such problem with daemons of version 4.0.0+.
Perhaps someone has come across

Is the hostname exactly 10.10.10.105 in Zabbix? The first error generally says that the hostname in the zabbix agent settings does not match the hostname on the server.
And the first message refers to active checks, and the second to passive ones.
