Why doesn't xampp on yosemite go to localhost and the like?

Apache doesn't start immediately after installation, only after a reboot, so when I do Launch xampp, it throws me to localhost/dashboard 34fecfd549864beba198b4aa03887a46.png
. Neither the language selection nor the xampp orange page appears. It comes to phpmyadmin, to all sorts of localhost / xampp, etc. No -

After turning on apache, the miracle does not happen, it does not work, and that's it
. What am I doing wrong, why does it not want to work normally? How can I see my site later if it does not see the xampp folder? Maybe on os x you need a different path to the files, and not like on Windows? Or is it something else? I installed Windows recently and everything was fine. Help me please!

xampp is pretty unstable on OS X, try better MAMP if possible - never had any problems with it.
