How to create a virtual port on macOS with data forwarding to IP?

I need to redirect data sent from a COM port to an IP address on the local network (and vice versa).
On windows, I do this using the "Tibbo VSP Manager" program with the following settings:

You can use netcat (nc). It seems this utility is by default. If not, leave out brew. But it's console.
