Why doesn't winRar encrypt folders?

Good afternoon!
I create an archive with a password from such a directory: dad "Clients" and in it a subfolder with each client
-> CLIENTS
----> LLC PROMKHRENSTROYSNABSBYT
----> LLC TUSHITESVET
... etc ..
And already in the folders are files with access, contacts and other junk.
The archive was created and Winrar encrypted only the files. And the "Clients" folder itself can be opened and, accordingly, you can see all the clients.
How to encrypt the folder itself in the archive?
