Why doesn't WebView play video?

mWebView.loadUrl("file:///android_asset/www/index.html");

Index.html says:

<iframe style="width: 100%; height: 100%;" frameborder="0" height="512" scrolling="no" src="http://www.ustream.tv/embed/13621638?v=3&amp;wmode=direct" style="border: 0px none transparent;" width="640"></iframe>

Everything loads fine except for the video.
If this index.html is opened in a browser, then everything is fine.

Well, it's Flash. And there is no flash in android.

1. In the manifest property of the activity hardwareAccelerated=true?
2. Is WebSettings js enabled?
