Why doesn't websocket work on Chrome for Android?

I use the jQuery.WebSocket library. On a computer in Chrome it works fine, on a tablet on Chrome for Android it does not work, it gives out "WebSocket connection to 'wss://site.ru:8443/' failed: WebSocket opening handshake was canceled". What could be the problem?
