Why doesn't VNC start after rebooting CentOS 7?

Configured Tiger VNC according to the manual with Digital Ocean
Everything worked. But after restarting the server for some reason it stopped.
I don't know much about linux, can you tell me what's wrong? Restarting the manual does nothing.
