Installing CentOS without access to the server, is it feasible?

Good day to all!
Given: a computer with Ubuntu 12.04 + SSH preinstalled - you have access to it, you also have access to manage the TP Link WDR4300 router.
Challenge: install and run CentOS instead of Ubuntu, without direct access to the hardware. The PXE setting in the BIOS is disabled.
Question: is it possible?
Thank you.

@mihasyo

example for the isolinux bootloader
wiki.centos.org/TipsAndTricks/VncHeadlessInstall
briefly:
1. write an iso image to a separate section (you can beat the swap)
2. just overwrite the boot from this iso under grub
3. reboot, connect to vnc and install

You can put pxelinux there and add commands to the bootloader to start PXE.
You can copy the centos installer there and run it from the bootloader.
The only problem is how to force the installer to open SSH or VNC immediately after the start to control the installation.

If the idea with PXE and the netboot ends in failure, you can try to copy the necessary files with your hands, specify a different kernel and mount root in the bootloader parameters, and also change the mount points in fstab.
