Why doesn't vim use the theme I specified in the settings?

I installed this monkai
color scheme using Vundle.
I registered the settings in .vimrc

"colorscheme
set background=dark
"set termguicolors
colorscheme material-monokai
let g:materialmonokai_italic=1
let g:materialmonokai_custom_lint_indicators=0

If I type colorscheme and ctrl+d on the command line, then material-monokay appears.
The problem is that if I exit .vimrc and go again, the default theme is set and says that material-monokay was not found.
Why can't vim see the color scheme?
And in other things, here is my entire .vimrc

@serii81

After a lot of fiddling, I found a solution.
You need to copy the material-monokay.vim file from bundle -> theme name to .vim/colors
This helped
