How do w W e E commands behave in Russian text in Windows?

Started learning VIM. Windows version. I noticed a peculiarity, in the Russian text the commands w, e behave somehow strangely, they jump over the word, but W, E exactly as it should, move to the word I take the position. Who knows, tell me, is this a bug or a feature?

W -- jump between whitespace characters. w -- between "word characters" (classic -- [0-9_a-z]). What your Vim means is up to you. See ".vimrc" etc.
